The Music Department schedules the following rooms for students and faculty for classes, recitals and for rehearsal purposes.

To reserve a room, send an email to Marnie Farmer. Be sure to include your name, the room you want to reserve, reservation dates, start and end times, and a brief explanation of why you need the room.

Non-University requestors must complete the Ellis Hall Reservation Form (.pdf, 80K) and return it to the Music Office two weeks prior to the event.

NOTE: No individual, group or entity using Ellis Recital Hall (217b) may use any material or object that is flammable or otherwise potentially harmful to the instruments or facilities without prior approval of the Department Head of Music.
