OUR ASSIGNMENT: For the November 16th all-college meeting we want each committee to give an in-progress report regarding the first two questions of the three charged to the committees in August. Those three questions were:
What trends, internal and external, are relevant to this area?
What are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats affecting COAL with respect to this area?
What priorities and goals would you like to see COAL pursue regarding this area?

We also encourage everyone to read the University's new long-range plan and consider how the priorities of the College can be aligned with and framed in terms of the major goals laid out in that plan.
